Hi all,

Welcome to italian cooking blog.

It's the first time i try to blog, hopefully it will be a pleasant experience for all.

The idea is to share and spread my passion for food and cooking, and since i'm italian everything will be around italian cooking. Hopefully you like it.

I'll post some recipes, i'm open as well to question or discussion you may pose or raise.
